Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Sewing Tips
- Use a Microtex needle, size 80/12
- Set stitch length to 3mm
- Interface with any fusible on the back side
- No pins — use clips or wonder tape to avoid permanent holes

It’s beautifully soft and the color is warm and calming. Very easy to sew on. It’s a little thin but I lined the bag with WRC which helped.
I have made several bags using the Moonglow Vinyl and just love it. It’s a dream to work with and looks beautiful. I have actually had people ask if it was leather. You won’t be sorry if you order some.
