Interfacing

Interfacing for Bag Making, Garments & Crafts

Find the right interfacing for every sewing project — hand-picked and personally tested by Natalie for bag making, garment sewing, and crafts. Whether you need stiff structure for a tote bag, stable support for a crossbody, or a soft fusible for garment facings, we stock the interfacings that actually work.

Types of Interfacing We Carry

  • Woven Interfacing (SF 101) — A bag maker's staple. Adds body and stability without stiffness, perfect for bag panels, straps, and lining.
  • Fusible Fleece — Adds soft structure and light padding to bags, pouches, and quilted projects.
  • Foam Stabilizer (Soft & Stable / ByAnnie's) — Heavyweight structure for structured bags, totes, and organizers.
  • Lightweight & Featherweight Interfacing — Coming soon! Ideal for garment sewing, facings, collars, and delicate fabrics.
  • Fusible Web & Adhesive Interfacing — For appliqué, hemming, and no-sew fabric bonding.

How to Choose the Right Interfacing

  • Bag making: Use woven interfacing (SF 101) for panels and lining; foam stabilizer for structured shapes
  • Garment sewing: Use lightweight or featherweight fusible interfacing for facings, waistbands, and collars
  • Quilting & crafts: Use fusible fleece or batting for soft, padded projects

All interfacings stocked here are Natalie-approved and used in real bag making and sewing projects — no guesswork required.
