Shipping policy

We always send confirmation emails of orders, and emails with tracking.

Most orders will ship within 72 business hrs. During extra busy times like Box Events we might takelonger - but this is rare.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually, these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in-stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. Make a separate order if you need in-stock items sooner. Thanks!!

*If you do not pay a shipping fee, we choose the method it's shipped -  Priority Mail or UPS.

Local pick-up is an option! Packages are available for pickup during operation:

  • Wednesdays 12-4

We'll have your order in a bag ready to go! 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. After the initial tracking entry, when the label is printed, additional tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Follow the tracking link you received by email to check the status on the carrier's site.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for "changing your mind" are accepted at YOUR return shipping expense and may incur a restocking fee to cover the costs with credit card fees.
