Returns

I want you to be happy! I stand by my products, it is always worth an email if you have an issue. 💕

Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving for unused items in original condition. Please email help@sewhungryhippie.com with "return" in the subject line. Return labels are sent for easy print and drop. If the product is NOT faulty, you pay for the return shipment. This is a small family business, thank you for understanding we are not a huge corporation able to absorb extra costs regarding shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exemptions include custom cuts of fabric or any product that is custom/ special request, or one-time specials such as our Sh*t in a Box, New Years Eve Boxes, and any digital product. No refunds on these items. 

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products such as PDF patterns or digital courses and /or memberships including VIP membership.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and spam/junk email folders.

2. If you have waited a full 30 days and still do not see a refund, contact us at help@sewhungryhippie.com

3. Know it does take some credit card companies 30 days to post a refund. This is not in our control.

Exchanges can be made at your shipping cost expense. Exchanges in person  are granted at no cost.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged, or we will process a refund. This decision is up to SewHungryHippie staff.

If you are shipping an item over $15, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
