Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Use a high-heat setting. Always place a Teflon pressing sheet between the iron and your material to avoid scorching, especially with vinyl and cork.
Can I sew through it on a home machine?
Absolutely. It sews easily on domestic machines. A Microtex/Sharp needle is recommended for cleanest results through foam and vinyl layers.
Can the foam be trimmed from seam allowances?
Yes — you can either sew it into the seam or trim it away from the seam allowance before sewing. Both methods work well depending on your preferred construction style.
How much do I need per bag?
It depends on your pattern, but one 18" x 60" roll is typically enough for a medium-to-large structured tote or handbag. Check your pattern's materials list for exact yardage.
Will this ship separately from my other items?
Due to its size, this roll may ship in a separate package from the rest of your order. You'll receive tracking for all packages.
This is simply the best solution for bags. When you iron it on it's not going to move. You can turn the bag inside out and back and it still sticks. I'm going to need a mile of this stuff.
I purchased this fusible foam hoping for a smooth finish, and it does perform noticeably better than other brands I’ve used in the past. I made sure to follow all the manufacturer instructions carefully and watched the tutorial video before starting to ensure proper heat and pressing technique.
While it resulted in significantly fewer wrinkles and bubbling than alternative foam stabilizers, it still didn't fuse completely flat—a few stubborn wrinkles remained across the fabric. It provides great structure and body for bag making, but you may still encounter minor creasing even with careful application. Overall, it is an improvement over other options on the market, but not quite flawless.
I am new to bag making and have tried different interfacing. By far this has been my favorite. It was easy to adheare to the fabric and very easy to sew through and seams were easy to deal with especially with the hammer.
You hit a home run with this foam interfacing. I absolutely love it. It is so easy to apply and leaves a super smooth, no bumps or creases result. I like the thickness as well. Will be ordering more of this as you have shown me, IMHO, a better foam interfacing. Now I hope to see a fusible fleece that works just as well. Natalie, you are incredible and have produced a great line of interfacings. Thank you.

Love the stiff thinness! I am still trying to figure out the correct setting for using it with a heat press, but still love using it!
I’m giving 4 stars. I ironed and ironed and iron from the back and could not get it to melt, but as soon as I turned over and ironed on the fabric, which is closer to the glue, I had no problem with it adhering. I guess the other thing is the price. Including shipping it was almost $30. I can only get two purse size bags out of it. I love the product but it doesn’t fit my budget right now.

I was about to give up on fusible foam as every brand I purchased before Sew Hungry Hippie came out with theirs just left me, disappointed! This fusible foam fuses easily, quickly and securely, and I’m not worried about it coming separated at all
