Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

About the Santorini Tote
The Santorini Tote is a versatile tote bag sewing pattern with optional zipper pockets, slip-in pockets, and a top zipper closure. Pattern pieces are included — they’re simple rectangles, easy to measure and cut. Add or subtract elements to make it your own: skip the zipper pockets for a fast finish, or go all-in with full pockets and hardware.

I have only made one tote, but another is in progress. I do recommend watching some of the YouTube videos Natalie has on bag making. It helped me so much as this was my first project with foam and first front facing zip pocket.
