Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

I love these straps but my customers really like longer bag handles—around 24” which means I have to buy 2 straps for each bag. I wish these came in a longer length or that I could specify length. They really add so much to the bag…but it becomes pricey.
I only wish the pieces could be purchased in different lengths. I have often used 2 lengths of a strap for one bag. They really sew nice and look nice.
