Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Do I need interfacing?
It depends on your project. For structured bags, interface with Sew Hippie foam, Sew Hippie fusible foam, SHH Fusible Woven, left over batting, or fusible fleece. For a slouchy style, you can skip it entirely.

OMG, this color is so beautiful! Do you know if it would be okay if it was used in the "Magdalena" circle bag by Oro Rosa? Any idea? I'll probably order some of this luscious vinyl.

Yes it would work, I used the black moonglow vinyl on my Record Bag pattern (which is a larger circle than the Mag bag) and it was fine. ;)
