Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

- Care: Machine wash on cool, or spot clean with a damp cloth
Sewing Tips
- Sews easily on a domestic machine — no Teflon foot required (it’s not sticky!)
- Iron from the wrong side using your usual heat setting
- Use wonder clips or binding clips instead of pins

Do I need interfacing?
It depends on your project. For structured bags, interface with Sew Hippie foam, Sew Hippie fusible foam, SHH Fusible Woven, leftover batting, or fusible fleece. For a slouchy style, you can skip it entirely.
Moonglow Vinyl is amazing to sew with; the texture is elegant and the taupe color is perfect year round. Needing no interfacing, it can be made into a handbag very quickly.
