Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.
If we made a mistake on your order OR if something arrives damaged, email us so we can fix it. The Sew Hungryhippie team strives for perfect but we are humans & are training new employees... Thank you for your grace. help@sewhungryhippie.com
Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Moonglow Red Hot Vinyl - 2nd run slightly brighter
Bold, fiery, and impossible to ignore — Red Hot Moonglow is the vinyl for makers who don't do subtle. This rich, true red has the signature Moonglow matte finish and drapey leather feel: thick enough to hold body, thin enough to sew beautifully on domestic machines. It cuts like a dream and pairs perfectly with our red zipper tape for a fully coordinated project.

Sewing Tips
- Use a Microtex needle, size 80/12
- Set stitch length to 3mm
- Cuts easily with sewing shears
- Sews on domestic machines — Teflon foot optional but not required

Do I need interfacing?
It depends on your project. For structured bags, interface with Sew Hippie foam, Sew Hippie fusible foam, SHH Fusible Woven, left over batting, or fusible fleece. For a slouchy style, you can skip it entirely.
