Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

A deep, rich navy with the most gorgeous hint of purple — not overtly purple, just beautifully complex. This colorway is a showstopper.

Moonglow vinyl is a premium faux leather with a matte finish and luxurious pebbled texture. It drapes like leather, holds its body beautifully, and is thin enough to sew with ease using standard sewing shears — no special tools needed.

It depends on your project. For structured bags, interface with Sew Hippie foam, Sew Hippie fusible foam, SHH Fusible Woven, left over batting, or fusible fleece. For a slouchy style, you can skip it entirely.

Nice feel

I really liked the vinyl I received. It was soft and of good quality too. However it had a really bad smell to it. I had to put it out to air for a few days and then smell did go away. That’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
