Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

This vinyl is very pretty and produced a lovely result; however, my Juki HZL-F300 isn't fond of it, as it's heavier than other SHH vinyl I've used previously. Since I'm upgrading to a Juki TL-2010Q, I will probably purchase again if the need arises.
This is stunning and provides a very classy upscale look. I love the feel and look.
Not what I expected. It is a very nice faux leather and is a comfortable weight for sewing but it is a little too shiny for the project I was going to use it for. I thought this would be the new version of the smooth black that you sold. It is softer, a little bit more pliable and not as shiny as this new version. It is still excellelnt quality and I will definitely use it for something but I really wish you would be able to bring back the smooth black that you used to carry. It was inbetween the faux lamb and the faux leather as far as softness and pliability and was a little bit "tamer" when it came to brightness. Like I said, I will use it but was a little disappointed this time.
