Shipping & Returns

Hello! We ship everday and some Saturdays. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day. If we take a short break for vacation, it is announced ahead of time on all social media channels and in the newsletter. Are you signed up for my emails? They often contain treasures!  

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. While mistakes with the Carriers are rare, they do happen and it's best to have full coverage.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. Make a separate order if you need in-stock items sooner. Thanks!!

We DO ship to Canada & most other European countries, also Australia and New Zealand through USPS or UPS if you choose it. We do NOT cover import fees. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. After the initial tracking entry when the label is printed, additional tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Follow the tracking link you received by email to check the status on the carrier's site.
Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125.

Our mail system is pretty amazing when compared to the rest of the world and we are so grateful to the Carriers that make it happen! 

Vinyl is usually rolled and either wrapped in tissue or a protective bag, and sent that way. Some vinyl (soft metallic and moonglow for example) can be folded without causing damage, you can opt to iron it from the back side as well.  In any case, if your vinyl arrives with wrinkles you can simply place it in the sunshine OR use a hair dryer to warm it flat again, or iron it (wrong side only). If you think your vinyl is damaged, please email me and I will take care of you. 😊

**Soft metallic vinyl, Stardust, croc, and Moonglow vinyl CAN be ironed from the wrong side. See my Guide for Sewing Vinyl for more info.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for "changing your mind" are accepted at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10%

Product Description

Soft Silver vinyl. Check out Ann's quilted pouch photo made with silver soft vinyl!

A luxuriously soft faux leather in a metallic / crackle style finish, perfect for sewing. This 'vinyl" is very soft fabric and has a brushed woven backing for easy sewing. It can be washed and dried on cool settings in your machine, so projects made with it can be easily cared for and last ages. 

Pieces are sold as 18" x 56"  note there is a selvage edge ranging from 2-4"

-Use a Universal needle size 80/12

-Easily sews with a normal sewing foot, walking foot, or a Teflon foot.

-Soft, non-sticky feel. A metallic shiny finish gives an edge and pOp to your projects.

-Iron from the WS, or use a pressing Teflon baking sheet from the front side. Always test first. 

-Use for bag making, embroidery in the hoop projects, crafts, and even garments that hold body.

Love This Vinyl

Again, have been waiting patiently for this t come back into stock. Great surprise to get notified and I immediately ordered it. I have no idea what I will do with it yet, but I just love the silver, love the soft vinyl, love the ease of sewing with it, and love the price. Natalie only carries quality products and she has an eye for what people want.

Silver Soft Vinyl

Love the vinyl. The silver is so bright and shiny that I had to cover the lights on my sewing machine with washi tape. LOL The reflection was hard on my eyes. I ordered 4 colors of the soft vinyl and love them all. I am making makeup bags for a Spring Market at my local quilt shop. The sale is before Mother's Day so I hope the bags will sell. I will post a picture of all of them together when done. Thank you for a great product and great service. Always look forward to your videos on Wednesday and Friday.
