Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

- Use a Universal needle, size 80/12
- Compatible with a Universal sewing foot, walking foot, or Teflon foot
- Soft, non-sticky feel — no clips or tape needed
- Iron from the wrong side only, or use a Teflon pressing sheet from the front — always test first
- Great for bag making, ITH embroidery, crafts, and structured garments

I live that this is more like a shiny fabric than a vinyl. The Gunmetal is a great color. However, even with “Daylight” bulbs in my sewing area, it appears taupe in my sewing area; but more gray outside. I was trying to match/coordinate a lining fabric. What went perfectly inside was very bad outside, and vice versa. I opted for a general bright that would work with either taupe or gray.
I still love the color; just wanted others to be aware to check it in multiple light settings.
All of SHH soft vinyl is wonderful! I’ve used on several different style bags - very easy to handle and finishes beautifully.

I bought the soft vinyl in Gunmetal to enhance a bag. This material is very easy to work with. Holds its shape nicely.
I love the vinyl fabric from SHH. It sews well and the outcome is just beautiful. I got the gunmetal vinyl while waiting for the bronze vinyl to come back in stock.
I love these soft vinyls, even though I'm not sure how to stabilize them for handbags. But I have to caution you on this product. It is so much darker than the photos. The photos look like a taupe or dark silver, but this vinyl is almost black. I would call it a charcoal. It didn't work with the project I bought it for, but it will happily find a place in a project with a darker side. 5 stars! Beautiful product.
I absolutely love the soft vinyls! Must admit that I was not inspired with the gunmetal on the site but after seeing one of Natalie's Sesh's where she used the gunmetal, I was sold. What a gorgeous color with the little undertones. It goes with everything and I really like the fact that it is not stark black or charcoal. I highly recommend this soft vinyl and especially in the gunmetal. It is so much more attractive than in the picture and I know you will be pleased.
