Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them.

That depends on your pattern and the structure you want. For a structured bag, add Sew Hippie foam or fusible foam interfacing. For a slouchy style, skip the interfacing. Test any fusible product on a scrap first.

How do I clean it, and can I use heat?

Spot clean with a damp cloth. Before ironing or trying any washing method, test on a scrap to check its effect on the metallic finish. Use a Teflon pressing sheet when ironing.

Is this adhesive vinyl for Cricut projects?

No. This is non-adhesive sewing vinyl for bags and accessories, not adhesive craft vinyl intended for cutting-machine projects.
