Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

What size is each piece?
Each piece measures approximately 18" x 52" and is 0.5mm thick.
Can I sew it on a home sewing machine?
Yes. Use a Microtex 80/12 needle and lengthen your stitch to about 3–3.5mm. A Teflon or walking foot helps it feed smoothly. Hold layers with clips instead of pins.
Do I need interfacing?
It depends on your project. For a structured bag, add Sew Hippie foam or fusible foam; for a slouchy style, skip it.
Can I iron it?
Don't touch a hot iron to the front. Press from the wrong side with a Teflon pressing sheet, or flatten seams with a seam pounder.
Is this the same as adhesive craft vinyl?
No. This is sewing vinyl for bags and accessories – it has no adhesive backing and isn't meant for cutting machines like Cricut.

I love Natalie’s SHH vinyl! I purchased 3 rolls and I’m terribly slow but as my photo shows, I’m in process. This vinyl feels so smooth and cuts like butter. I was diagnosed with MS this past year but I refuse to stop sewing or give it up 🧵 Natalie’s products and vinyl are user friendly and inspire me to keep going. Currently I’m making a tassel for my bag. I watched Natalie’s demonstration and I decided to “go for it!”

So sorry I didn't join canvas club at the beginning! I purchased the custom designed vinyl when it came up for sale then promptly signed up for the club to be sure I would have access to the custom designs!
This vinyl is everything! So easy to sew, goes with many other SHH coordinates AND satisfies my need for more floral designs. I plan to make ALL my favorite SHH patterns with it … up first, the Santorini Hack, followed quickly by a Joni and some Dylan Domes.
Really lovely print, and it is a good weight for bags. Not to heavy or sticky to work with. I am sure this will work well for several pouch / bag projects I have planned. SHH always has wonderful fabrics and vinyls!
