Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

I was a little disappointed with this purchase of the Try me Zipper bundle. I have purchased a few others try me bundles and got several different zippers. this time i only got 2 colors and they were nothing special. Sorry I still love your items just not this purchase.
The TRY ME pack description clearly states what you will receive- 2 zipper tapes and 6 pulls. I am not sure what you were expecting here.

Happy with the 2 colors zippers and the zipper pulls. Noticed the zippers were 11” short and it stated 2 yards total. After writing to customer service , got a quick reply and refunded me for 11” short.

The quality of the zippers and zipper tabs were very good. I received 5 zippers tapes with matching zipper tabs. They came in varying lengths from 25" to 9". The colors were very pretty as well. They were all long enough to use to make bags, purses, etc. This is my 3rd time purchasing this pack and won't be my last.

I just received my TRY ME zipper packs, and I am very impressed with the quality of the products. The zipper tapes vary in lengths. The longest was 23 inches and the shortest was 9 inches. The colors of the all zipper tapes were beautiful. The zipper pulls were very beautiful and matched the teeth of zipper tapes. I had ordered 2 packs. I am very satisfied with my purchase that I went ahead an placed another order for 2 more packs. Can wait to make bags out of the zippers.
