Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

I love this zipper jig. I had one that someone gave me that did not work well. So, I was leery at first. Needless to say, this one works great. It took me a couple of tries to get the feel for it. Now it’s smooth as glass. Highly recommend getting one even if you have a different style that you struggle with. You will kick yourself for not having done it sooner!
Not one of my favorite things to do, is put zippers together. But, this is a one of a kind product that works so well with zipper tape. I’ve tried many different types of zipper jigs and this one wins!

Great tool with a good angle to help get those zipper pulls on there.
It took my bone-head brain a while to grasp how this works. At first I was frustrated and I kept watching the tutorial on SHH website, Then I would pause and try again..............ugh! Finally I watched it one more time, and then heard Natalie say, "come in at an angle". I tried coming in at an angle and BOOM! Now I never miss like Natalie promises. If I can do it, you can do it too. Time saver for sure, particularly for people with vision disabilities like me! Now its one of my essential tools!
I had a bit of trouble with it to begin with as I was working with the number 3 zipper that is very small. Finally asked my husband and he got it on the 2nd try. So may need patience on the small but expect easy -peezy on the 4.5 and 5!
Who knew a small little thing would make the job of attaching the zipper pulls so easy.
I had never used zipper tape I had to add the zipper to. I knew I had it coming up so I ordered one. Love the purple and the fact this made it three step simple. Add zipper, separate zipper tape and thread it right in. I just fillets the directions!
I have been practicing with this. I've about got the hang of it and ready to put it to use.

I was eyeing this for a long time and couldn’t find any other sort of jig that even looked comparable and I’m SO glad I finally got this. I’ve been bag making for a few years now and have tried a couple of other things to make putting a zipper pull on easier, but this tops everything I’ve tried. It really makes it SOOOOOOOO much faster and less frustrating - for a novice or a pro. Worth every penny!!!
I used the zipper jig. I followed the directions on the utube and I had some difficulties trying to make it work as easily as the utube demonstration.
You can email and schedule a Zoom with staff if you are struggling. This is all technique and once you get it - slight angle, backwards, and going in the right channels--it's easy. Our contact phone number and email is on the website or order sheet.

This zipper jig is so much better than the one I have been using. It keeps the zipper pull stable at the bottom of the slot to pull the tape ends through the very first time! It saves so much time!

Does this jig work with metal zippers not nylon?
Yes it works for metal zippers too.
