Shipping & Returns

We ship Mon-Thursday and some Fridays. Please know USPS and UPS often say "delivered" but it takes an additional day or two for the package to actually BE delivered --yes, it's annoying! We have to deal with this every single day, this is not in our control.

On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.

Did you know we will send a return label to you for returning items? When people "refuse" a delivery, it costs us triple the original postage to claim the parcel back. PLEASE DO NOT do this! EMAIL US or call us so we can handle it. Our contact page is here.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.  If you file a chargeback on a preorder I will ban you from my website for the rest of time. I've only had to do this once, but it is totally rediculous to make up a story about arrival times when it is NOT in my control. WE DO NOT HOLD BACK items- there is NO ROOM or time to do this. I've stayed until midnight shipping preorders because they arrive at 5pm, just to get them out the door. BE COOL or be banned for life.

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Lavender Pre-Quilted Vinyl – Sewing Vinyl for Bag Making

Lavender Pre-Quilted Vinyl is a pre-quilted faux leather vinyl with a soft backing. At 1mm thick it gives bags structure without extra interfacing or batting, so you can cut and sew straight from the roll.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size is each piece?

Each piece measures approximately 18" x 54" (precut at the factory) and is 1mm thick with a soft backing.

Can I sew it on a home sewing machine?

Yes. Use a Microtex 80/12 needle and lengthen your stitch to about 3–3.5mm. A Teflon or walking foot helps it feed smoothly. Hold layers with clips instead of pins.

Do I need interfacing or batting?

No. It's already quilted with a soft backing, which gives bags their structure right off the roll.

Can I iron it?

Don't touch a hot iron to the front. Press from the wrong side with a Teflon pressing sheet, or flatten seams with a seam pounder.

Is this the same as adhesive craft vinyl?

No. This is sewing vinyl for bags and accessories – it has no adhesive backing and isn't meant for cutting machines like Cricut.

New fabric for me!

This quilted vinyl is going to be used as the bottom of two tone bags. I am looking forward to sewing with it. The color is very, very pretty. Love it, esp. that I am a purple girl!

Hello! I wanted to make contrasted bottom zipper pouches with the "Hello Meow" fabric. Would the quilted lavender vinyl be a good match for the bottom? I just wanted to check with you first because never sure how the color actually is from the pic. I trust your eyes more than the pic. Thank you- you guys are the best!

Hi Therese, I think I may have showed this on the live matchups---but the dark purple pre quilted vinyl would look amazing with it, the lavender vinyl works too just a different look. If you need photos please email and I will show it tomorrow on the live. :)
