Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

I love sewing on SHH cork. I've lost track of how many rolls I've purchased. I sew it uo on a Baby Lock Destiny with the 2 upgrades. I still use SF 101 and Pellon 926 to interface. I'll start using Natalie's interfacing once I've used my stash up. I will say everything I've bought from SHH has been exceptional. Natalie, Vicki, Romel, Michelle, Dodi and I feel so bad because I can't remember the last lady who packaged my last order, are THE BEST!!!
