Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

This pack includes 20 flat, easy grip zipper pulls in a silver-tone finish, sized for #5 nylon coil continuous zipper tape. Slide them onto cut zipper tape to finish custom zippers on bags, pouches, wallets and accessories.

They fit #5 nylon coil continuous zipper tape, like all of our #5 zipper tapes. They aren't made for metal or molded plastic zippers.

Will these fit #3 zipper tape?

No. Zipper pulls must match the tape size, so use #3 pulls for #3 tape.

How many pulls come in a pack?

20 pulls per pack.

How do I put a pull on continuous zipper tape?
