Shipping & Returns

Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them.

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

If we made a mistake on your order OR if something arrives damaged, email us so we can fix it. The Sew Hungryhippie team strives for perfect but we are humans & are training new employees... Thank you for your grace.  help@sewhungryhippie.com

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Thank you for supporting my small business! YOU have made a huge difference in my family's life and I think about it every single day.

-Natalie 🥰

Frequently Asked Questions

What size zipper tape do these pulls fit?

They fit #5 nylon coil continuous zipper tape, like all of our #5 zipper tapes. They aren't made for metal or molded plastic zippers.

Will these fit #3 zipper tape?

No. Zipper pulls must match the tape size, so use #3 pulls for #3 tape.

How many pulls come in a pack?

20 pulls per pack.

How do I put a pull on continuous zipper tape?

Cut the tape to length and slide the pull onto both sides of the coil. Our Sew Hungry Hippie universal zipper jig makes it quick and easy. For neat ends, see our zipper tab corners tutorial.

Which zipper tape matches these pulls?

For a coordinated look, try our Black Zipper Tape with Rainbow Teeth or Lime Light Zipper Tape with Rainbow Teeth or Denim Blue Zipper Tape with Rainbow Teeth.

What can I use them on?

Handmade bags, totes, crossbody bags, pouches, cosmetic bags, wallets, and replacing worn or missing pulls.
