Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

What This Hack Does

This add-on modifies two key elements of the standard Santorini Tote construction:

  • Open top — removes the zipper closure for a clean, open-top finish
  • Full-length straps — straps run all the way down and around the base of the bag for a structured, reinforced look

Important: You still need the original Santorini Tote pattern to make this bag. This is a style hack add-on — it does not include full bag construction instructions.

How It Works

This is a video pattern — the written instructions are intentionally sparse. You sew along with the video, and after going through it once you’ll likely be able to make it without the video. Link to the video is included in the PDF download.
