Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

These frames are great!

These frames are great! I’ve made several Joplin bags and these frames hold up to continuous use really well.

Second one for me

Second one for me. I just finished another carpet bag and this frame is perfect. Only problem I have is getting the pin back in place once the frame is inserted into the channel. I takes some practice. I use an awl inserted through the bottom and slowly slide it out as I insert the pin. That makes it much easier. The frame is solid and is at a very good price.
