Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

  • Main fabric — 1 fat quarter
  • Lining fabric — 1 fat quarter + ⅛ yd for strap
  • Vinyl pocket piece — 5" × 4"
  • Nylon metal-look zipper — 12" length × 1
  • D-rings — 1" × 2
  • Adjustable slide — 1" × 1
  • Optional: lobster clasps — 1" × 2
  • SF101 woven interfacing — ¼ yd
  • Foam interfacing — ¼ yd (for fabric version)

Helpful tools: Teflon or non-stick presser foot, walking foot, zipper foot, Chrome needle (size 80), turning tool or chopstick, Wonder Clips.

It could be easily altered to have additional pockets.
Also the front could be changed for different techniques. Embroidery, pieced, added cork etc

This is a cute bag, a nice size for walks. I would recommend doing a backstitch at the corners where the zipper is because I can see my stitches when turned right side out.

A perfect size

I made mine for a holiday. I needed space for sunglasses, money/card, phone and mask. This bag was just perfect to be worn around waist or as a cross body. I did add a zipped inside pocket for money and a back outside slip pocket for easy access for my mask. The pattern was a delightful sew. I will definitely be making more of them to add to my wardrobe and for friends.
