Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

I loved these templates… they made cutting so much easier. I would also like to add that having templates that are clear help with fabric placement and fussy cutting . I love colors but with templates I think that clear is best. 🧵🪡💗

Quick project using left over fabric/vinyl

I love these templates. After I finish a project I have several templates (eyeglass case, jar covers, small zipper pouch, etc) I use to cut out small projects from fabric/vinyl I have left. These templates work so well for this and my scraps are used for a project instead of stored in a box. I also have a small.gift to go along with a get well or birthday cards
