Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Sew a versatile fold-over bag with the Carly Clutch PDF sewing pattern from Sew Hungry Hippie. This rounded-top clutch pattern features a recessed zipper, magnetic closure, roomy exterior pocket, and spacious interior. Carry it folded as a compact clutch or open it up when you need extra room.
Add the optional slider to create an adjustable crossbody strap, or use a Sew Hungry Hippie leather strap for a polished finish. Best of all, this vinyl and cork bag pattern requires no interfacing.

Materials needed
For easier sewing and a polished result, keep a Teflon non-stick sewing foot, Teflon pressing sheet, Chrome Microtex needles, nylon mallet, double-sided sticky tape, iron, and an Easy Point & Press tool handy.
- 1 roll Sew Hungry Hippie vinyl or 2 rolls Sew Hungry Hippie cork
- 1 roll Sew Hungry Hippie water-resistant canvas
- Two 1 in. D-rings
- Two 1 in. lobster swivel clasps
- One 1 in. strap slider for an adjustable strap
- One magnetic snap
- 12" zipper + 1 pull
- Sew Hungry Hippie leather strap, or vinyl to make the strap shown in the pattern
