Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

I Love this pattern, the pic is the large one, nice size for all my stuff! I used the deep space vinyl for the bottom part and a cotton print on top. Can't wait to make more.

I've been making zip pouches without a pattern and the results have been less than stellar. This pattern has been a game changer because of the detailed directions (it's all in the details!). Love this pattern! Well written easy to follow directions. I am a beginner with zippers and I had no problems at all putting my zips in. I would highly recommend this pattern AND it comes in 3 sizes so it’s 3 times the practice for a beginner.….and the cases turn out beautifully!!!
