Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Each roll is 1 piece measuring 18" x 54" — enough for a medium-to-large bag or multiple smaller accessories.
Is this vinyl sticky or adhesive-backed?
No — this is a non-adhesive faux leather vinyl. It’s smooth on the back and designed for sewing, not sticking.
Can I sew this on a home sewing machine?
Yes! It’s surprisingly easy to sew on a domestic machine. Use a Microtex 80/12 needle and a Teflon non-stick foot for best results.
Do I need special thread?
Gutermann sew-all thread works great with this vinyl. Avoid cotton thread as it can break under the stress of sewing through vinyl layers.
Is this a limited edition?
Yes — Mystic Croc is a custom design that will never be reprinted. Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good.
Can I iron this vinyl?
Do not apply direct heat to the printed surface. If you need to press seams, use a Teflon pressing sheet and heat on the reverse side.
What patterns work well with this vinyl?
Any SewHungryhippie bag pattern written for vinyl or cork will work beautifully — the Madison, Arlo, Andy, and Donovan bags are all great choices.
