Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

The LP Record bag pattern in PDF format for instant download.

This pattern comes with pattern pieces, full-color digitally drawn diagrams, and instructions that Sewists of varying levels have tested.

**NEW UPDATE** 7" size option! This size makes a bag the size of a 45 record, or approx 7" round. Files include pattern pieces.

Get the SVG files for the 7" here.

Instructions are for a vinyl exterior (record portion) with fabric reverse applique, quilting cotton lining, two interior pockets, and optional fabric strap OR purse chain. A large zipper opening makes it an easy-access bag.

***PLEASE NOTE you must download the pattern with Adobe Acrobat and print through Adobe at 100% "no scaling" to get accurate pattern pieces.*** 

Finished bag size:

Large size approx 12" x 12" x 2.75"

Small size approx 7" x 7" x 2"

If you wish to make this bag from all quilting cotton it works 100%. Some Testers did this.
