Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

The extremely popular Swoon Lola Bag now has full size templates! Mrs H patterns/Swoon patterns has given us permission to custom cut these for you. 

Template pieces are full size (no cut on fold).

The set has 5 pieces included. We sell the paper pattern here if you don't already own it. 

I will be filming a new tutorial making a vinyl Lola, be sure to subscribe to my channel for updates.

Acrylic template paper can be removed under warm water, start with a pin on an edge to lift, then once the paper is warmed simply peel away like a sticker.
