Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Scrappy is the right description. I ordered some cork sheets from Amazon and received 10 sheets that were 8 1/2 by 11 inches. it was nearly the same money as your scraps. I would have to be honest and say your deal was a rip off.

Cork? Are you stre that's not butter?

This stuff is great. It sews like a dream. I love the colors, and the texture is A #1. I also loved my vinyl scraps. The soft vinyl and moonglow glided right along on my elderly Bernina, Berniece. She preferred sewing with tissur paper on the clear vinyls though. I had a little glitch with my order. Everything was okay, except there was some moisture in my packages. It did no damage (rainy day), but watch how the tops of the bags are closed!!! Thanks for the quick shipping!!
