Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Nice size and shade
Having recently converted from quilting to bag making, I learned that the 100% cotton thread isn't durable enough for the hard knocks that handbags, purses, and totes receive with daily use. I'm so happy SHH recommended Gutermann polyester thread! I've made several bags using this and experienced absolutely no breakage. I also love that SHH carries this light gray color, as it blends in beautifully with nearly every color under the rainbow!
