Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

For decades I had used every bad idea to turn out corers from scissors, to pencils, to chop sticks, to skewers, to stilettos and nearly burned my fingers dozens of times pressing out seams. Great tool!

I love this tool!! The weight of it in my hand is perfect and the two different sized balls on ty he end come in very handy to help turn corners! I'm very pleased with it and happy I spent the money... worth every penny!

Great tool

I love this tool - it is perfect for pushing out the corners with the ball ends and I use it also it push out the seams evenly - my other tool is a little too pointy for the corners.
