Shipping & Returns

Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them.

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

If we made a mistake on your order OR if something arrives damaged, email us so we can fix it. The Sew Hungryhippie team strives for perfect but we are humans & are training new employees... Thank you for your grace.  help@sewhungryhippie.com

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Thank you for supporting my small business! YOU have made a huge difference in my family's life and I think about it every single day.

-Natalie 🥰

Product Description

Make your next craft show a breeze with this easy-to-follow wrist pouch pattern! Perfect for beginner sewists, this pdf pattern shows you how to whip up a beautiful pouch in no time - experiment with new materials like our soft vinyl for a truly unique piece. Show off your skills and take your crafting to the next level!

This pouch was a special request pattern by one of our favorite visitors to the shop- Kathy O! Thank you, Kathy for all your support & encouragement. 🥰

Finished measurements: 11" W x 6" H x 3" D

Free video walk-through included in the pattern.

This pattern is measure & cut.

Level: Beginner friendly

Materials suggested: Soft vinyl, Soft & Stable foam, quilting cotton, #5 zipper.

For one pouch, you'll need a FQ for lining, a FQ for exterior, 11" of zipper tape with 1 pull, and Soft & Stable foam OR fusible fleece interfacing. SF101 is recommended for interfacing your lining material. I walk you through this in the video, don't worry.

Watch the (free) video tutorial here.

Make cutting easy with this acrylic templates set.

Skills learned: measuring rectangles, sewing in a zipper, boxing corners, D-ring hardware, enclosed seam wrist strap construction. YOU CAN DO IT! 😄

PLEASE wait for your screen to load to download the pattern. OPTIONAL SVG and AO files are here. These are optional files for Cricut cutters and projector people.

If you click away from the screen, or forgot in the moment to download- no worries. You WILL receive an email with download links. CHECK your spam, junk, other, or promotions folders before emailing us. It's there! Once located, save files to your computer in a folder labeled "Sew hungry hippie patterns" for example. This way you will be able to find it later. I made a tutorial for non-computery people like myself, in case you need help with how to do this. Find this tutorial here.

Not as precise as the original wristlet pattern

If the wristlet with boxed corners stood alone I would need to play the video at a couple important steps because the new pattern did not contain the detail the original wristlet pattern (without boxed corners) did. Also adding some further hints on how to reduce bulk next to the zipper tabs and how to maintain the alignment there when doing the final stitching would help a lot. It looks simple on the video but it isn't. Thanks

I will look again at this, and appreciate your feedback. I have never had anyone say details are missing -- especially when I provide a video. Happy sewing!
