Shipping & Returns

Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Product Description

This set of acrylic templates features three sizes—small, medium, and large—for crafting Dylan Pouches. Please note, a zipper tab template is not provided; simply cut a 2" fabric square for this component. As Dylan is our SVC project for August, SVC Members can find a coupon code on their parcel insert sheet to enjoy a 20% discount.

These are boxed and wrapped in bubble, as they are large pieces. Please keep package protection on your orders in case of mishaps. This way it is MUCH faster to refund or replace in case of breakage... USPS and UPS are very slow to process insurance, and often refuse. Just so you know, this is our method to make everything right quickly.
