Hello! We ship everyday and some Saturdays. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day. If we take a short break for vacation, it is announced ahead of time on all social media channels and in the newsletter. Are you signed up for my emails? They often contain treasures!  

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. While mistakes with the Carriers are rare, they do happen and it's best to have full coverage. We are NOT responsible nor will we replace lost shipments if you opt out of this coverage.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. Make a separate order if you need in-stock items sooner. Thanks!!

We DO ship to most European countries, also Australia and New Zealand through USPS or UPS if you choose it. We do NOT cover import fees or duties.

Canadian shipping is closed for now, due to tariffs and customer complaints over duties. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. After the initial tracking entry when the label is printed, additional tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Follow the tracking link you received by email to check the status on the carrier's site.

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer. We are not refunding shipping on combined or merged orders if made outside a 7 day window.

PLEASE NOTE black glitter webbing looks on the top surface somewhat silvery-ish, but if you turn the roll sideways, you can see it is black webbing. Black is on the left of the first photo, silver is on the right. The Silver Glitter webbing is clearly silver. We do not make mistakes on these order pulls, thank you so much.

Perfect for bag making! Makes handles and straps in a fraction of the time it takes to make fabric straps.

Strong and pliable cotton & acrylic material with metallic glitter sparkles throughout. One side is glittery. After cutting your lengths use fray check on the ends to prevent fraying or take a lighter to them for a second or two.

Perfect webbing and easy to work with. My 13 year old granddaughter, whose name is Natalie, received a purse for her birthday, and asked me if I could make a crossbows strap.. ordered the black glitter webbing and rainbow hardware as per her request, and it turned out beautifully. Natalie was very pleased. Thank you for great products!!

I haven't had an opportunity to use this webbing, but I do like the glitter. I have used the gold and it makes any project pop.
