Shipping & Returns
Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.
If we made a mistake on your order OR if something arrives damaged, email us so we can fix it. The Sew Hungryhippie team strives for perfect but we are humans & are training new employees... Thank you for your grace. help@sewhungryhippie.com
Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.
Thank you for supporting my small business! YOU have made a huge difference in my family's life and I think about it every single day.

Product Description
This PDF downloadable sewing pattern is for the Confetti Case, a super cool jelly style cosmetic case featuring floating pieces of "confetti," aka scraps.
This super FUN case features scraps of fabric "confetti" encased in a vinyl overlay. Make the design in whatever colors and shapes you fancy, utilizing your creative vision in a project that takes about an hour.
Finished measurements of the case are approx 11" x 7" x 2"
Boxed corners give it shape so it will stand on its own, and the vinyl overlay makes it sturdy without loads of bulk. Yay!
Materials needed: 2 fat quarters of coordinating fabrics, fusible interfacing Shapeflex 101 by Pellon, vinyl (10 gauge is best available in my shop), and a 10.5" zipper. A longer zipper is fine; we cut to size in the pattern.
Prefer a print pattern? Here it is.
Make cutting easy with the SVG files.
You will want to use a Teflon sewing foot for this project for extra easy sewing. :D I have a free guide for sewing vinyl here.
The Live Sew event is on my YouTube channel, as well as an edited video walk-through version. Watch the walk through here.

This is a fun pattern, easy to follow instructions. The finished pouch/case turned out so nice. Will make many more.
Disappointed I was unable to get 10 gauge vinyl for my class. I wasted a lot of time trying to find. I wish the pattern would have stated the difference if I used another gauge but instead
Became very frustrated
Loved making the confetti bag! Easy sew.
Well written directions!!
Haven't had a chance to try it but it looks darling.
Love the ease of the pattern!
