Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

The Betty Bow Bag PDF Sewing Pattern is a fun, quick sew designed especially for vinyl, cork, and faux leather — with minimal interfacing needed! This beginner-friendly zipper bag pattern features an adorable bow detail and comes in two sizes so you can make the perfect case for any occasion.
Finished Sizes:
- Small: 10" W × 8" H × 2.5" D
- Large: 14.5" W × 11" H × 3.5" D
Both sizes feature boxed corners so the bag stands up on its own. Sizes are easily adjustable if you need something smaller or larger.
What's Included:
- PDF instant download pattern with two size options
- Instructions for vinyl/cork bow AND fabric bow version
- SVG files available separately here
Supplies Needed:
- Zipper: 9.5" (small) or 14" (large) lengths / I prefer #5 size zippers
- Exterior fabric: 1 fat quarter (small) or 2 fat quarters (large) — vinyl, cork, canvas, or quilting cotton
- Lining fabric: same quantity as exterior
- Interfacing: Natalie's Fusible Interfacing for the lining; Sew Hippie foam interfacing for fabric exterior; vinyl needs no interfacing.
- Teflon/non-stick sewing foot (required for vinyl), zipper foot, size 80 universal needle, turning tool, Wonder Clips

I was not very interested in this bag design when I first saw it, but now that I’ve made it I love it. It was easy to stitch, and looks stunning! It’s very easy to carry and holds everything I need to take with me.
I scaled the Betty Bow small down a bit further to make crossbody bags for my granddaughters SHH soft vinyl was perfect!

I fell in love with the way this bag looks. It's different and just looks so cute. I also I the fact that you can make it with vinyl or fabric.
I really like the looks and style of this bag. Want to make some for gifts. I looked over the pattern, and what I wondered was if there was a specific reason the bow part isn't lined? I know it won't ravel, but to me having a raw edge looks unfinished. I think even lining it with the vinyl would not be too heavy, and it would finish it off nicely. Guess I'll try one that way and see!
We have a fabric bow supplement for this pattern - we can email it to you easily. It should be in the PDF pattern, but if you didn't see it send a note and we'll get it right over to you. The original pattern was written for thick vinyl, hence the bow wasn't lined. :)

Love this pattern.Will be making 7 for bridal party. I'll be making out of vinyl and quilt cotton. The bows will all be different so girls can tell apart
