Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Banana bag

I luckily got the whole kit and so I was able to use the bright yellow vinyl to make this adorable bag which I am taking to Stitch West Cross Stitch retreat to use to keep my money in……the instructions were great and I really enjoyed having the add on video that Nathlie does such a good job explain how to sew the bag. I use her lovely clear heart vinyl on the front of my project bags and I used the clear star vinyl until she ran out……Love her and her videos and her patterns!!!!

Absolute fantastic bag pattern
