Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Great Pattern to Start

This was an easy pattern (along with Natalie’s video) where I was able to make a new bag quickly as well as learn some important techniques. I read the pattern, watched the video and was on my way to completing my bag. I learned the value of using SF101, discovered how to create quality straps and solidified the process of making a bag in my mind. I added a couple of interior pockets and when done, made notes for my next bag based on what I learned from this one. I recommend this pattern to get one going and imagining the next one.
