Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

What materials do I need?


All dimensions are width x height

  • ½yd (0.4m) non directional exterior (directional will need more)
  • 1x FQ non directional lining (directional will need more)
  • ⅔yd (0.5m) medium weight interfacing (based on 35” (90cm) wide, narrower will need more)
  • 15” x 11" (38cm x 28cm) non fusible fleece
  • 15" x 11" (38cm x 28cm) decovil light
  • 2 x 1" (2.5cm) swivel clips
  • 2 x 1" (2.5cm) triangle rings
  • 1 x 1" (2.5cm) strap slider
  • 1 x 5" (12.5cm) zip (cut continuous zip 7" (18cm))
  • 1 x 7" (18cm) zip (cut continuous zip 7"(18cm))

You will also need the following

  • Hera Marker
  • Double sided basting tape
  • Wonder clips or pins
  • Fabric glue
  • Pressing cloth
  • Chalk marker/erasable pen
