Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.
PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.
We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

This heat-resistant pressing sheet measures close to 16" x 24" as shown in the photos, and provides a non-stick surface ideal for vinyl application work. The Teflon coating prevents adhesive transfer and protects your pressing equipment from residue buildup, making it an essential tool for anyone working with heat-applied materials. Durable and reusable, it withstands repeated pressing cycles without degradation. I use this whenever I'm pressing vinyl or cork.

These are brand new and folded for shipping. You could have emailed us for a return label since you are so unhappy with it, but remember- these are IRONED on--so the wrinkles don't matter. They iron out. Once you change your review I will refund you. Have a great day!
I have the smaller size Teflon pressing sheet which I love and use often, but when I saw that you were offering a larger one, I knew that I had to purchase. I do love that larger size. So now I have two and both will be used based on the size of the project.

Love the teflon sheet. Been sewing for @68 yrs & only used a thin white handerchief for a press cloth. Dont know why I had waited sooo long

The perfect pressing sheet for interfacing.
I now have 2 of these teflon sheets, I use them for all my ironing needs.. Just started sewing vinyl and so happy i had on of these already on hand.
I watched several tutorials about sewing vinyl and her instruction about using a light iron on it. I wanted to make a pouch with some so this was a very necessary and easy purchase.
I didn't know how much I needed this or how great a tool it is, until I used. It is now a must when using vinyl!
This is the best Teflon Ironing I have tried. I purchased another mat at a quilt show and it isn't as nice as this one. It is so nice I am thinking of buying a few more to give to my bag making friends. Thank you SewHungryHippie
Wonderful product, best pressing sheet I have ever used.
But I was wrong. I don't know what I did without this. Makes pressing so much easier.
I purchased the Teflon Pressing Sheet and am so pleased with it. I was not sure if I would really like it. All I can say is that I will keep it by my iron and be using it almost continuously. The best product that I have purchased!! Rate it A+!
