Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.
Here is our detailed shipping policy.
Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.
If we made a mistake on your order OR if something arrives damaged, email us so we can fix it. The Sew Hungryhippie team strives for perfect but we are humans & are training new employees... Thank you for your grace. help@sewhungryhippie.com
Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

I have had SEW much fun making these
I'm on my third one. They are a really fast make even though this one is taking me a little longer because I've embroidered the front bodice. A very comfortable garment to wear. I'm sure it would be happy on many different body types:0)
I was completely taken with this pattern and therefore, ordered it. I have not made an adult garment since 1981, but decided to try this one. I did buy muslin so that I could make sure I do not ruin the gorgeous lux flannel I purchased. Make the adjustments, if necessary, and mistakes will be in muslin. Since it is 3 lengths, I will start witht he top and even if I don't get to it until sometime this summer, it will not go out of style. I have too many bags, totes, and laptop cases I have to finish first. I don't sell but make stuff for family and friends and have kind of overextended myself. I cannot wait to try this top. If all goes well, maybe I will try my hand at some other garments. At least I have Natalie as a teacher!
It arrived earlier this week and I am very anxious to get to it. Will likely be after Christmas. Do you carry a rayon fabric that would work?
