By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying a small additional fee, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft.
If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed.
If your package has been marked "delivered", yet you have not received it, please wait at least 2 days, after delivery confirmation to file a claim. This is happening more and more often where USPS will say "delivered" and they are not at your home yet. So please wait, check with neighbors, family members, or look in unusual places (maybe a garage) for the package before contacting us.
To file a claim, contact us with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem, and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.
If you declined Package Protection, and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the Mail Carrier.
Since I have had several packages arrive from other suppliers with torn edges with items missing, I value the package protection. Because you take great care in wrapping items securely, I have not had any problems with your packages! The US Postal service is lousy and many packages arrive in terrible shape if not wrapped carefully.

My understanding is the charge is like insurance in case the package is lost during shipping. Knowing the current shipping dilemmas, the cost was not out of line. I wasn't expecting the charge when planning my purchase, but it did not break my budget.
