Shipping & Returns

Hello! We ship everyday and some Saturdays. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day. If we take a short break for vacation, it is announced ahead of time on all social media channels and in the newsletter. Are you signed up for my emails? They often contain treasures!  

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. While mistakes with the Carriers are rare, they do happen and it's best to have full coverage. We are NOT responsible nor will we replace lost shipments if you opt out of this coverage.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. Make a separate order if you need in-stock items sooner. Thanks!!

We DO ship to most European countries, also Australia and New Zealand through USPS or UPS if you choose it. We do NOT cover import fees or duties.

Canadian shipping is closed for now, due to tariffs and customer complaints over duties. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. After the initial tracking entry when the label is printed, additional tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Follow the tracking link you received by email to check the status on the carrier's site.

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer. We are not refunding shipping on combined or merged orders if made outside a 7 day window.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for "changing your mind" are accepted at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10%

Just What I Needed

I really love this little iron. It gets into the small spaces of the inside of the bags and totes and with the light is just the best little thing. Really does well on pressing seams with the slot on the front of the plate. I have been wanting one of these for a while but just did not want to pay the high cost. When Natalie put them at the new price I grabbed one and so glad I did. By the way, the aqua color is very pretty. The pad that comes with it is great so I can set it down either horizontal or vertically and you can use the pad to hang the iron out of the way, but I just leave mine out and on the ironing board. If you have been wanting one, grab it now. Worth every penny!
