Hello! We ship everyday. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. 

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. 

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. After the initial tracking entry when the label is printed, additional tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Follow the tracking link you received by email to check the status on the carrier's site.

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

The KAI RS60BL - 60 mm rotary blade is made of tungsten steel. The tungsten steel alloy allows the blade to cut through virtually any sewing or quilting fabric precisely and smoothly. As with all KAI rotary blades; they will fit many other brand's rotary cutters.
