Shipping & Returns

Hello! We ship everyday and some Saturdays. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day. If we take a short break for vacation, it is announced ahead of time on all social media channels and in the newsletter. Are you signed up for my emails? They often contain treasures!  

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. While mistakes with the Carriers are rare, they do happen and it's best to have full coverage. We are NOT responsible nor will we replace lost shipments if you opt out of this coverage.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. Make a separate order if you need in-stock items sooner. Thanks!!

We DO ship to most European countries, also Australia and New Zealand through USPS or UPS if you choose it. We do NOT cover import fees or duties.

Canadian shipping is closed for now, due to tariffs and customer complaints over duties. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. After the initial tracking entry when the label is printed, additional tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Follow the tracking link you received by email to check the status on the carrier's site.

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer. We are not refunding shipping on combined or merged orders.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for "changing your mind" are accepted at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10%

Product Description

The Hippie Makers Club is a monthly subscription for making a project - usually bags but I'm not ruling it out that we might make a home decor item or craft. Each month will include a shipment of kit materials, a pattern, and a video.

 

Materials will be exclusive to Club Members and not for sale on the website during the current month. If ---and only if ---we have extras at the end of the month, will they be for sale at full retail on the website. 



Patterns will be new SHH patterns with a full video tutorial included, using the same materials as you receive in your box. I may have a few months featuring other Designer's patterns - still working out the details on that. 

Patterns will be for sale at the end of the month in PDF format, as we will only print sufficient quantity for Club Members. Videos will be accessible with a link or QR code on the pattern.

 

MATERIALS:

Some months will feature never-before-seen vinyl.

Some months feature never-before-seen cork.

A few months feature never before seen canvas.

A couple months feature never before seen bonded nylon.

Custom fabric is arranged, custom hardware is set, new techniques are queued for video taping, etc...

You will get the materials required to make the project in your box.

You don't have to source ANYTHING.

All hardware, all zippers, all snaps, rivets, and the like is included.

 

THIS is a SUBSCRIPTION. It will auto-renew each month unless you cancel. Once we have shipped, there are no cancellations.

When you join, you get THE CURRENT MONTH'S BOX.

***WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SEATS AVAILABLE.

Please know, this is first come/first served. Once we hit capacity, the "BUY" button will be removed. As people cancel their membership, we will email the next person in line to take their place. IF THIS HAPPENS (that you lose your seat due to canceling)-- you then go to the back of the waitlist if you request this.
