Shipping & Returns

Hello! We ship everday and some Saturdays. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day. If we take a short break for vacation, it is announced ahead of time on all social media channels and in the newsletter. Are you signed up for my emails? They often contain treasures!  

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. While mistakes with the Carriers are rare, they do happen and it's best to have full coverage.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. Make a separate order if you need in-stock items sooner. Thanks!!

We DO ship to Canada & most other European countries, also Australia and New Zealand through USPS or UPS if you choose it. We do NOT cover import fees. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. After the initial tracking entry when the label is printed, additional tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Follow the tracking link you received by email to check the status on the carrier's site.
Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125.

Our mail system is pretty amazing when compared to the rest of the world and we are so grateful to the Carriers that make it happen! 

Vinyl is usually rolled and either wrapped in tissue or a protective bag, and sent that way. Some vinyl (soft metallic and moonglow for example) can be folded without causing damage, you can opt to iron it from the back side as well.  In any case, if your vinyl arrives with wrinkles you can simply place it in the sunshine OR use a hair dryer to warm it flat again, or iron it (wrong side only). If you think your vinyl is damaged, please email me and I will take care of you. 😊

**Soft metallic vinyl, Stardust, croc, and Moonglow vinyl CAN be ironed from the wrong side. See my Guide for Sewing Vinyl for more info.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for "changing your mind" are accepted at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10%

Back per popular request: The Santorini Kit featuring Anna Maria Bright Eyes and Moonglow vinyl in Taupe.

Included:

- 1/2 roll vinyl for the bottom exterior of the bag (moonglow taupe)

- 1/2 yd exterior fabric by Anna Maria for the exterior top bag (Bright Eyes)

-1/2 yd coordinating lining - various Designer quilting cotton included

-1/2 yd for pockets

-1 yd SF101 Shapeflex interfacing to fuse to WS of lining fabric 

-2 pieces of foam interfacing for the exterior

- 5 coordinating zipper sections in classic leopard (one main opening, four pockets)

- (optional) Santorini Tote paper pattern - if you already own this pattern, choose "no pattern" in the varient menu

 YOU CAN MAKE THIS BAG. This is beginner friendly - even if you're afraid of zippers, please trust you can do this. Feel free to leave off the zipper pockets and make whatever mods you feel like.
