Shipping & Returns

Hello! We ship everyday and some Saturdays. On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day. If we take a short break for vacation, it is announced ahead of time on all social media channels and in the newsletter. Are you signed up for my emails? They often contain treasures!  

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS. While mistakes with the Carriers are rare, they do happen and it's best to have full coverage. We are NOT responsible nor will we replace lost shipments if you opt out of this coverage.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time. Make a separate order if you need in-stock items sooner. Thanks!!

We DO ship to most European countries, also Australia and New Zealand through USPS or UPS if you choose it. We do NOT cover import fees or duties.

Canadian shipping is closed for now, due to tariffs and customer complaints over duties. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. After the initial tracking entry when the label is printed, additional tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Follow the tracking link you received by email to check the status on the carrier's site.

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer. We are not refunding shipping on combined or merged orders if made outside a 7 day window.

Product Description

In this course I will show you how to add embellishments to your denim jacket in a couple of ways. I am using Goodwill upcycled denim jackets purchased for $6 and $8, so this can be really inexpensive. Using upcycled jackets also releases the pressure some people feel when experimenting with new techniques. The point is to have fun!

I continuously update these digital courses!

Method 1 - full back embellishment with soft vinyl, including collar and elbow patches.

Method 2 - applique peace sign with soft vinyl.

Method 3 - take your favorite fabric and cut it up - we will free motion sew it to the jacket.

Easy and fun

I didn't buy a denim jacket but I had some old jeans that I cut up to make a crossbody bag and I loved the vinyl that I was sent and enjoyed the course. I appliqués for the first time and Natalie made it so easy! I put a peace symbol appliqué on my bag and it looks great!!

Back Into Sewing

I really enjoyed the tutorial and learned some things about embellishing an article of clothing. I like the way the jacket turned out as it reminded me of when I was a teenager in the 60s. I am just trying to think of who, what, and where, I can use all the wonderful information which is included in the tutorials. I am always learning new things or remembering past teachings when Natalie gives a tutorial. And she always makes me laugh. Absolutely love SHH!
